Lee & Associates has negotiated an industrial lease renewal at 16801 S. Exchange Ave in Lansing. The transaction value was not disclosed.
Principal Brian Vanosky of Lee & Associates Illinois represented the landlord Cobalt Capital Partners LP. The tenant, Silver Line Building Products LLC, a window and door manufacturer, was represented by Sally Macoicz and Connie Grady of Cushman & Wakefield.

Located along I-80, the property offers heavy power, heavy automobile parking, ample loading and is situated on a large site for trailer parking of future building expansion.
