Lee & Associates has closed a $6 million lease transaction for a 101,536-square-foot industrial building located at 2567 Greenleaf Avenue in Elk Grove Village, Illinois.
The building was constructed in 1977 but underwent a complete renovation including new precast exterior and construction of a new 6,340-square-foot office. The facility features 13 exterior docks, three drive-in bays and Class 6B Tax Abatement. The property has immediate access to the four-way interchange at I-90 and Elmhurst Road.
