Lee & Associates of Illinois closed a long-term lease and a lease renewal in two separate industrial transactions. The properties, in Bensenville and Glendale Heights, Illinois, are located in Chicago’s North DuPage submarket, in close proximity to O’Hare International Airport.
In the first transaction, Jeff Janda, SIOR and Mike Plumb, principals of Lee & Associates’ Illinois office, represented sheet metal manufacturer and supplier Elite Manufacturing Technologies, Inc. in their renewal for a 63,492-square-foot industrial building located at 310 Windy Point Drive in Glendale Heights. Cushman & Wakefield represented the owner, TA Realty.
“The North DuPage submarket remains tight with just over 5 percent vacancy,” Plumb said. “It was great to have represented our long-term client in securing this key facility within their manufacturing and assembly operations for the foreseeable future.”
Separately, Janda, Plumb and fellow Lee & Associates principal Chris Nelson represented the owner, Prologis, in a lease for a 92,000-square-foot industrial building located at 491 Supreme Drive in Bensenville. Jonathan Kohn from Colliers International represented the tenant, Park Transportation.
