Rick Anesi, vice president of Lee & Associates Illinois represented the buyer, High Street Realty in the off market transaction. The building, located at 550 Congress Circle South, Roselle, is part of the 72-acre Roselle Commerce Center. The seller, NPBM LLC, represented itself.
