Lee & Associates has closed a $5 million sale transaction for a 73,594-square-foot, multi-tenant industrial building located at 100-300 Devon Avenue in Bensenville, Illinois. The building was sold to a private buyer.
Jay Farnam, senior vice president, and Terry Grapenthin, principal, of Lee & Associates’ Illinois office, represented the seller, VJW Investments, LLC.
“At the time of the sale, the property had 16 tenants occupying 97 percent of the building. The buyer was able to acquire a strong cash flow investment in the highly sought-after O’Hare market,” Farnam said.
