The Illinois office of Lee & Associates has finalized two industrial transactions with the same parties. The properties were in Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin and Waukegan, Illinois. Terms of the transactions were not disclosed.
The first transaction was the lease of a 58,995-square-foot space at an industrial facility located at 7153 99th Avenue in Pleasant Prairie. Thomas Boyle, senior vice president of Lee & Associates, represented the tenant, Kinter—a distributor of quality metal and plastic fasteners, hanging hardware and accessories, display components and more. The landlord, Zilber Property Group, was represented by Sergio Chapa and Mike Prost of Newmark Night Frank.
“Zilber Property Group and the Village of Pleasant Prairie were very helpful in coordinating our occupancy so that we can continue to focus on serving the needs of our clients,” said Paul White, president of sales and marketing at Kinter.
The two parties also closed on the sale of a 3.19-acre industrial land site located at 3145 North Oak Grove Avenue in Waukegan. An approximately 70,000-square-foot facility will be built on the land site to serve the increasing needs of the fast-growing company.
“It was very helpful that both short- and long-term real solutions were accomplished by the parties during these two transactions,” Boyle said.
