Laraway Road in Joliet, Illinois. The Lee team has been retained to market the land for sale / build-to-suit.
Michael Androwich, Jr, principal, and Earley represented the seller, CMA Materials, on the sale of their 40,500-square-foot industrial building located at 19 Stonehill Road in Oswego, Illinois. The buyer is LabelTec.
