Lee & Associates has closed two sale transactions in the O’Hare industrial submarket.
The first deal was for an 8,654-square-foot industrial building located at 430 Podlin Drive in Bensenville, Illinois. Jay Farnam, executive vice president of Lee & Associates’ Illinois office, represented the seller, Loren Tool. The buyer was IL-American Water.
The second transaction was for a 5,519-square-foot industrial building located at 1025 Tonne Road in Elk Grove Village, Illinois. Brad Simousek, associate of Lee & Associates’ Illinois office, represented the seller, M. & E. Construction Co. Tom Gath of Newmark Knight Frank represented the buyer, Ginto, Inc.
