Lee & Associates of Illinois has closed two industrial transactions in Lake County.
Ryan Kehoe, senior vice president, represented Henry Broch on their expansion within 1947-1953 Delany Road in Gurnee. The Food processing company started with 32,458 square feet at the end of 2019, shortly thereafter they moved into 74,315 square feet, and with this latest transaction, they will occupy 106,773 square feet. Westmount Realty Capital is the building owner.
“Henry Broch, one of the largest and most successful U.S.-based international food ingredient, processing and co-packing companies has continued to see unprecedented growth in the last 18 months, sparking a need for additional space,” Kehoe said.
Additionally, Kehoe represented Alpha Omega on their sale of an 18,368-square-foot building at 2323 Green Bay Road in North Chicago. Matt Tiegler of Keller Williams represented the buyer, GCO Equities.
