Lee & Associates has closed a sale transaction for a 4,245-square-foot retail property located at 16200 S. Harlem Avenue in Tinley Park, Illinois. Rick Scardino, principal of Lee & Associates’ Illinois office, brokered the sale from Sundance Development to Bandana’s BBQ.
“This is the first entry by this 29 Unit St. Louis based chain into Metro Chicago,” Scardino said. “A collaboration of efforts by the Village of Tinley Park and the Seller will create a nice launching pad for possible future locations in Metro Chicago.”
