Lee & Associates has closed three lease transactions in DuPage County.
Chris Nelson, principal of Lee & Associates’ Illinois office, represented the tenant, Bestway Transport, on their lease renewal of 80,360 square feet at 1260 Ellis Street in Bensenville, Illinois. The building is owned by Prologis.
Michael Androwich Jr, principal of Lee & Associates’ Illinois office, along with Chris Nelson, represented Prime Label & Packaging on a long-term lease renewal of 55,097 square feet at 501 N. Central Avenue in Wood Dale, Illinois. The owner, Blackstone Real Estate Industrial Trust, was represented by Jonathan Kohn of Colliers International.
Walter Murphy, principal, and Sean Austin, vice president, of Lee & Associates’ Illinois office, represented the tenant, Standard Equipment Company, on their long-term lease of a 25,649-square-foot truck terminal at 625 Route 83 in Elmhurst, Illinois. Tim McCahill, principal, and Joe Feeney, senior associate, of Lee & Associates of Illinois represented the owner.
