Nick Eboli, executive vice president, and Andrew Block, vice president, at Lee & Associates’ Illinois office, represented owner DRA Advisors on a long-term lease of 51,277 square feet at 1674 Frontenac Road in Naperville, Illinois. Michael Magliano of Cushman & Wakefield represented the tenant, ASK Products, Inc.
Additionally, Eboli and Block, along with principal Walter Murphy, brokered a lease of 36,360-square-feet at 1501-1505 Frontenac Road in Naperville. The Lee team represented the owner, while John Hamilton of CBRE represented the tenant, D2K Traffic Safety, Inc, who was previously located in Naperville.
Jay Farnam, executive vice president at Lee & Associates’ Illinois office, represented the owner of 770 Hawthorne Lane in West Chicago, Illinois on the lease of an 8,162-square-foot unit to tenant Pro-Safety, represented by Mikus Kin of Be Realty, LLC.
