Lee & Associates closed a pair of industrial lease transactions totaling 48,070 square feet in Elk Grove Village, Illinois.
Senior Vice President Brad Simousek and Principal Michael Plumb at Lee & Associates’ Illinois office represented the tenant, Arrow Trans Corporation, in the lease of 42,070 square feet at 2001 Estes Ave. John D’Orazio and Jonathan Kohn of Colliers International represented the owner, Link Logistics Real Estate c/o Cabot Properties.
Simousek also represented the tenant, Crown Roll Leaf, on the lease of 6,000 square feet at 689 Chase Ave. The building owner was represented by Dustin Albers, Andrew Maletich and Matt Garland with Cawley Chicago.
