Lee & Associates of Illinois has closed two lease transactions and one sale in Chicago’s north and northwest suburbs. The subject properties were located in Arlington Heights, Schaumburg and Wood Dale, Illinois.
Rick Anesi, vice president of Lee & Associates, represented the seller of a 17,700-square-foot building at 110 Hillcrest Boulevard in Schaumburg to Aboretta LLC, a Montessori school. Stuart Eng and Matt Baumann of Crosstown Real Estate Advisors represented the buyer.
Anesi also represented the tenant, Sohn Medical, in their lease of a 2,850-square-foot medical office located at 1700 Central Road in Arlington Heights. Will Thompson of Property Services Inc. represented the landlord.
“In both transactions, the brokers involved worked diligently to coordinate use of the spaces and timing to ensure all parties could accomplish their timing needs,” Anesi said.
Finally, Jeff Janda, SIOR and Jeff Galante, principals of Lee & Associates’ Illinois office, represented owners DRA Advisors in leasing out a 25,136-square-foot industrial unit located at 230 Gerry Drive in Wood Dale. John Cassidy and Ken Franzese, also principals of Lee & Associates of Illinois, represented the tenant, TopGolf.
This is the second renewal Janda and Galante have negotiated in this building in the last several weeks. The previous renewal was for the adjacent 25,136-square-foot unit at 226 Gerry Drive in late May. Property management of the building is handled by Lee & Associates Asset Management, LLC.
