Lee & Associates has closed multiple industrial transactions in the O’Hare submarket of the Chicago metro.
Michael Plumb, principal, and Brad Simousek, vice president at Lee & Associates’ Illinois office, represented the owner of 1975 Cornell Avenue in Melrose Park, Illinois in the leasing of 19,800 square feet in this 45,000-square-foot, multi-tenant industrial building. Ryan Kehoe, senior vice president at Lee & Associates of Illinois, represented the tenant, SignCo, a local print, design and sign manufacturing company. In May, Kehoe also represented SignCo when they sold their 6,900-square-foot building at 1327 N. 31st Street, Melrose Park. Buyer Midwest AutoBody was represented by Keller Williams.
Additionally, Plumb and Simousek represented the seller in the sale of a 10,000-square-foot industrial building at 750-756 Edgewood Avenue in Wood Dale, Illinois. David Pernice of SVN Chicago Commercial represented the buyer, PIP Properties.
