Lee & Associates has promoted Michael O’Leary to principal at Lee & Associates of Illinois. He previously served as the company’s executive vice president.
Since joining the firm in 2019, O’Leary has been a key member of the industrial services division, specializing in the leasing, acquisition and disposition of industrial properties throughout several key submarkets, including the I-80 and I-294 corridors and Northwest Indiana.
O’Leary works in close collaboration with principal Brian Vanosky and senior vice president Dylan Maher.
O’Leary has been a licensed real estate broker since 2012. He graduated with a degree in business administration from Columbia College and resides in Libertyville.
