Lee & Associates promoted Grant Bollman to senior vice president at Lee & Associates of Illinois. He previously served as vice president. This promotion marks Bollman’s second promotion in just six months.
Bollman represents office tenants and investors in the acquisition and disposition of office space, with a geographical focus in Chicago’s East West Corridor.
Since joining Lee & Associates in 2021, Bollman has consistently demonstrated his dedication to client success, helping businesses navigate complex real estate decisions, including how to maximize their space utilization, and save time and resources.
Prior to joining Lee & Associates, Bollman honed his skills as a senior associate at Cawley Chicago, where he played a pivotal role in establishing their office tenant representation practice.
Bollman graduated with a BA in Business and Economics from Wheaton College (IL) and is a licensed Real Estate Broker in Illinois. He is also an active member of the Commercial Real Estate Fellowship (CREF).
