Lee & Associates, one of the largest national commercial real estate providers, negotiated a $1.5 million purchase of an 18,600-square-foot multi-tenant retail strip center located at 649-655 Railroad Ave., Round Lake, Illinois.
Rick Scardino, principal at Lee & Associates, represented the buyer, La Luz Bakery. Tyler Dechter, senior associate at Baum Realty, represented the seller, Mon Ami Realty, LLC.
The renovated retail strip center, located across from Round Lake METRA Station, is 100% occupied by five diverse tenants, including a banquet hall, barber, café, toddler indoor playground, and martial arts studio. The building is also shadow anchored by ACE Hardware, Dollar Tree, and Lakes Bowl.
