Lee & Associates has closed a $2.6 million sale transaction for a 55,276-square-foot industrial building located at 3300 16th Street in Zion, Illinois. Located on nearly 3.5 acres of land, the 24-foot clear, precast building has seven loading docks, one drive-in door and parking for 74 cars.

Tom Boyle, senior vice president of Lee & Associates’ Illinois office, represented the buyer, Veridian Healthcare, importer and distributor of diagnostic equipment. Sergio Chapa and Mike Prost of Newmark Knight Frank represented the seller, Venture One Real Estate, who scooped the property up in December 2017.

“As with our first building, Tom was instrumental in helping us locate a building suitable for our growth,” said Rick Shutter, Veridian’s executive vice president.
