Lee & Associates, one of the largest national commercial real estate providers in North America, has closed a $800,000 sale transaction for a 75,000-square-foot industrial building located at 701 A Avenue in Grundy Center, Iowa.
Tom Condon, SIOR, principal at Lee & Associates’ Illinois office, represented the seller, Richelieu Foods. Matt Miehe of Fischels Commercial Group represented the buyer, Honary Enterprises, an environmental lubricant manufacturing company.
“Grundy Center is a tight industrial real estate market,” Condon said. “A manufacturer like Honary will make great use of the building’s existing infrastructure to support their operations.”
