Lee & Associates has brokered the lease of 42,682 square feet of warehouse space at 1100 N. Raddant Road in Batavia, Illinois. With this transaction, the 102,142-square-foot new speculative construction building is now 100 percent leased.
Tom Condon, principal, and Ben Cohen, associate, of Lee & Associates’ Illinois office, represented the tenant, FONA International, a manufacturer of flavors for food and beverages. Jeff Fischer and Brett Tomfohrde of NAI Hiffman represented the owner, Midwest Industrial Funds.
