Lee & Associates has closed a lease transaction for a 8,162-square-foot industrial suite located at 770 Hawthorne Lane in West Chicago, Illinois. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Jay Farnam, executive vice president of Lee & Associates’ Illinois office, represented the owner. Scott Whisler of Brian Properties Inc. represented the tenant, Altum Global Management Group. With this lease, the 35,000-square-foot building is now fully leased.
