Lee & Associates has completed a lease renewal for an 83,122-square-foot industrial building located at 825 Tollgate Road in Elgin, Illinois. The tenant, Hydrox Laboratories, produces health and wellness products and is one of the oldest continuously running manufacturing companies in the United States.
Nick Eboli, senior vice president of Lee & Associates’ Illinois office, and Steve Bass of NAI Hiffman represented Hydrox Laboratories. Dan Jones and Dan Benassi of Entre Commercial Realty represented the owner, Colony Capital.
“It was a collaborative effort between the parties that created solutions for Hydrox to continue to grow in their existing facility,” Eboli said.
