Lee & Associates has closed a lease transaction for a 32,458-square-foot industrial building located at 1947-A Delany Road in Gurnee, Illinois. Ryan Kehoe, vice president of Lee & Associates’ Illinois office, represented the tenant, Henry Broch Foods, a U.S.-based international food ingredient, processing and co-packing company. The building owner is Westmount Realty.
“Due to continued company growth, Henry Broch was in need of additional warehouse space in close proximity to their processing facility,” Kehoe said. “1947 Delany was the most ideal property for them to lease.”
