Lee & Associates has closed a $1.2 million sale transaction for a 15,000-square-foot showroom/retail facility located at 7510 W. Irving Park Road in Norridge, Illinois. The building is partially occupied by Dollar General.
Rick Scardino and John Cassidy, principals of Lee & Associates’ Illinois office, represented the seller. The buyer was a private investor who will utilize the showroom portion of the building. Constructed in 1951, recent capital Improvements at the building include a new roof, new HVAC units and partial window replacement.
