Lee & Associates has closed two lease transactions totaling 202,750 square feet in Elgin, Illinois. In both transactions, Steve Bass, executive vice president, and John Sharpe, principal, of Lee & Associates’ Illinois office, represented the owner, Stockbridge Capital Group.

At 2414 Galvin Drive, Giant Bicycle, Inc. expanded their footprint by 50,000 and renewed with a lease of 180,302 square feet. Cushman & Wakefield’s Al Caruana and Britt Casey represented the tenant in this transaction.

At 2530 B Vantage Drive, Al Caruana of Cushman & Wakefield represented Essentra Plastics in a long-term lease of 22,448 square feet.

“Northwest Corporate Park continues to be a preferred destination for distribution users seeking quality, high-image buildings with outstanding access to I-90,” Bass said. “Expanding and renewing a long-time tenant, Giant Bicycle, and adding a new tenant, Essentra Plastics, to their portfolio was a great way to finish up a stellar 2018 for Stockbridge and NWCP.”
