Lee & Associates of Illinois has closed two industrial transactions in the O’Hare market.
Chris Nelson and Jeff Janda, SIOR, principals at Lee & Associates’ Illinois office, represented owner Bridge Development Partners on the long-term lease of 42,000 square feet within 1150 W. Devon Avenue in Itasca, Illinois. This is one of the three newly constructed buildings in Bridge Point Itasca. Sam Durkin of JLL represented the tenant, Concordia International Forwarding Corporation.
Bradley Simousek, vice president at Lee & Associates of Illinois, represented buyer Century Marble and Granite on their $1.1 million purchase of 1299 Lunt Avenue in Elk Grove Village, Illinois, a 22,345-square-foot industrial building. John D’Orazio and Johnathan Kohn of Colliers International represented the seller, Mumford Properties.
