Lee & Associates, one of the largest national commercial real estate providers in North America, announced John M. Joyce has been promoted to vice president of Lee & Associates of Illinois, from senior associate.
Joyce’s primary focus includes agency leasing, tenant representation, and acquisition and disposition services of industrial properties in the Northwest Cook, North Cook and South Lake County submarkets.
Prior to joining Lee & Associates, Joyce worked as a senior advisor at SVN Chicago Industrial.
Joyce earned a Bachelor of Science in finance from the Farmer School of Business at Miami University.
