Dan Flynn has joined Lee & Associates of Michigan as a Commercial Real Estate Advisor in the firm’s Industrial Division. In this role, Flynn will focus on the sale and lease of industrial properties throughout southeast Michigan.
Flynn brings a unique blend of discipline, analytical precision, and client-focused service to the firm. After a distinguished career in law enforcement, he transitioned into commercial real estate in 2013 and has since built a strong track record of delivering results for both local and national clients.
Specializing in industrial properties along key corridors throughout Wayne, Oakland, and Livingston counties, Flynn’s expertise includes strategic site selection, build-to-suit projects, and tenant representation and lease negotiations. He works with Michigan-based companies as well as national clients with operations in major markets such as California, New York, and Massachusetts.
