Lee & Associates has opened an office in Omaha, Nebraska. The office will specialize in retail, office, investment sales and land sales with a focus on the Omaha and Lincoln markets.
The Lee & Associates Omaha team will be led by co-managing principals Daniel Dutton and Daniel Goaley. Their team consists of seven brokerage professionals, including Scott Moore, Benjamin Pearson, Grace Newton, Jordan Potthoff, and Ammar Abu-Hamda.
In addition to their transactional agents, the team will also include Jennifer Goaley as the director of operations and Jacob Militti as an intern.
With a combined 100-plus years of experience, the team represents landlords in Lincoln, Omaha, Council Bluffs and Des Moines, and services buyers, sellers and tenants throughout the Midwest.
Dutton, a 19-year industry veteran, and Goaley, a 25-year industry veteran, specialize in retail and investment sales, representing landlords, sellers, tenants and buyers throughout Nebraska, Iowa, Kansas, Missouri, Oklahoma, North and South Dakota and Texas.
Most recently, both served as partners at a local commercial real estate company. Before that, Goaley served as the managing broker for a national real estate investment firm for five years.
