Lee & Associates has closed a long-term lease transaction for a 115,823-square-foot industrial building at 6200 Regency West Drive in Racine, Wisconsin.
John Sharpe and Jeff Janda, principals of Lee & Associates’ Illinois office, along with Reid Bassinger of the Lee & Associates Dallas office, represented the tenant, Budd Van Lines, Inc.
The owner, Welbic III Racine 6200, LLC, was represented by Todd Hendricks of Darwin Realty.
