Lee & Associates has sold the 44,000-square-foot class-A office building at 635 Science Drive in Madison, Wis. The building sold for $4 million.
Chris Etmanczyk of Lee & Associates of Madison, LLC represented the building owner. Key Commercial Real Estate represented the building’s buyer, InterVarsity Christian Fellowship, USA.
The buyer, which is a non-profit entity, will relocate its existing office to this location after substantial renovations to the interior of the building.
