Lee & Associates brokered the sale of a 5,423-square-foot neighborhood center at 911 N. Central Ave. in Marshfield, Wisconsin, for $1.65 million.
John Walsh of Lee & Associates represented the seller, JT Marshfield, in sale negotiations with the buyer, Andrew Westlake.
The neighborhood center is home to Dunkin’ Donuts and Ultracomm, a US Cellular dealer.
