Lee & Associates of Illinois signed a new long-term lease at One Lincoln Center, 18W140 Butterfield Road in Oakbrook Terrace, Illinois.
The move, set for Q3 2026 occupancy, marks the firm’s first transition out of the Rosemont area since its 2002 inception.
Built in 1986, One Lincoln Centre is a 318,000-square-foot landmark property in suburban Chicago, surrounded by hotels, retail amenities and expressway access. The 14th floor space leased by Lee & Associates of Illinois features southern exposure and city views. This move will accommodate the company’s growth, housing more than 60 employees across its brokerage and Lee Asset Management (LAM) divisions.
Lee & Associates of Illinois was founded in 2002 and the firm has enjoyed a steady increase in market share since its inception, focusing on its entrepreneurial culture and broker-forward compensation to attract and retain its talented professionals. The company will remain in its current space at 9450 W. Bryn Mawr Avenue until its late-2026 relocation.
