HSA Development will be breaking ground next month on a new speculative 137,500-square-foot industrial building in Batavia.
The Rosemont office of Lee & Associates Commercial Real Estate Services will be marketing the property located at 1200-1250 Douglas Road, exclusively.
The facility is designed for single tenant or multi-tenant units from 25,000 square feet to 137,500 square feet and will feature precast construction, office area to suit, ESFR sprinkler system, dedicated trailer parking and 30′ clear height. Tenant occupancy is planned for April 2017.
