Bryan Falk has joined the Cleveland office of law firm Vorys, Sater, Seymour and Pease as a partner.
Falk will lead the real estate and finance practice from the office. Before joining the firm, Falk was a partner and chair of the real estate practice at law firm McDonald Hopkins.
“With the commercial real estate market rebounding, it’s a perfect time to bring someone with Bryan’s experience to the firm,” said Anthony O’Malley, managing partner of the Vorys Cleveland office. “His experience working with national retail developers and both construction and permanent lenders will be an asset for our firm’s strong and growing real estate practice.”
