Leisure Care will open a new assisted living and memory care community to complement the services provided at its established Fairwinds – River’s Edge location. Opening this summer, The Landing of O’Fallon will be located just 13 miles away from Fairwinds – River’s Edge in St. Charles, Missouri.
The new community will offer 79 studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom assisted living apartments as well as 55 private and neighbor suites for memory care. This combination of assisted living and memory care services aims to build on the services that are already offered at River’s Edge.
The Landing of O’Fallon will be near shopping, fresh farmer’s markets, high-quality health care and the banks of the Missouri River.
The Landing of O’Fallon will employ aout 70 people in the area, many who are transitioning into new roles from the River’s Edge property in St. Charles.
