Leopardo recently broke ground on a 50,000-square-foot medical office building in Westmont, Illinois for DuPage Medical Group (DMG). This new building is another in a long history of collaboration between Leopardo and the largest independent, multi-specialty physician group in Illinois, coming on the heels of a 54,000-square-foot renovation of what opened as DMG’s first facility in Lockport, Illinois.
Set less than two miles from its primary care location, the new building will consolidate under a single roof a variety of specialty healthcare services, providing a more efficient offering for the surrounding community. The facility will include an Express Care clinic, cardiology, diagnostic imaging, laboratory services, obstetrics and gynecology, orthopedics, physical and occupational therapy and pulmonary medicine.
“It’s been a great privilege to be a part of such an amazing partnership spanning so many years,” said Leopardo senior vice president, Giancarlo Pacini. “We look forward to delivering another successful project that will serve the community for years to come.”
Leopardo is collaborating with GSP Development and architecture firms Stephen Rankin Associates and Eckenhoff Saunders Associates to complete the project by the spring of 2021.
