Leopardo Companies, Inc. was awarded the 2014 Pride in Construction Award from the Construction Industry Service Corporation (CISCO). Leopardo received honors in the New Construction Suburbs (above $20M) category for the new Universal Technical Institute, a state-of-the-art campus in Lisle. Nearly 230 guests gathered at this year’s event held in Schaumburg on February 13.
Leopardo redeveloped 20 acres and built the 180,000-square-foot campus, which features 22 shop and auto laboratories, classrooms, administrative space, as well as a student resource center, store, and lounge spread throughout three buildings. The Midwest campus serves 1,500 students and 200 staff members.
