Thomas Antoine is the new senior project manager at Leopardo Companies, Inc., with nearly 20 years of construction experience, including $2.7 billion and 4.52 million square feet of construction project management and development. His primary focus is on hospitality and multifamily residential projects.
Antoine’s experience and knowledge in construction and development come from working with a variety of environmental agencies, historic preservation groups, tax districts, and a range of construction financing vehicles.
He spent four years as a market leader and construction manager at Graycor Construction and five years as a principal at Thomas Construction and Development before joining Leopardo and in the past, he has also worked as a project manager for W.E. O’Neil Construction Co., and Tectonics Construction Co. in Los Angeles, California.
He earned his bachelors degree in building construction management from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville and holds a Master of Laws in real estate, as well as a Juris Doctor from The John Marshall School of Law. He is a licensed attorney and real estate broker in the state of Illinois and is an accredited LEED Green Associate.
