Leopardo recently completed a 23,000-square-foot build-out for Revolution, an integrated and brand-focused sports marketing agency now headquartered in Chicago’s Fulton Market neighborhood. The build-out took place on the 9th floor of Sterling Bay’s latest development at 210 N. Carpenter Street.
Revolution’s new office space features nine conference spaces, four living room areas, a company bar, consolidated work spaces and generous common space, creating an intentional sense of collaboration and social interaction among employees. Unique details include Emerson Fittipaldi’s retired IndyCar on display in the lobby, a vintage scoreboard and the company values displayed on banners over stadium seating that infuse the space with the company’s identity.
Serving as general contractor, Leopardo partnered with Interior Architects and CBRE on the project. Leopardo had previously constructed 210 N. Carpenter Street, which houses the company’s dual LEED- and WELL-seeking Chicago office.
