Leopardo Companies, Inc. recently completed The Evergreen, a new 113,000-square-foot residential apartment complex. The three-story independent living facility for seniors is part of the 55-acre Covenant Village of Northbrook campus, a Covenant Retirement Community.
Serving as general contractor, Leopardo worked in collaboration with PFB Architects to complete the 56-unit residential complex. The Evergreen features one, two and three bedroom apartments with full kitchens, and many with patio or balconies and customizable dens. A 60-vehicle underground parking facility was also completed on the campus.
Leopardo is helping Covenant Retirement Communities fulfill its master plan to provide modern independent living for seniors through The Evergreen, as well as through an additional ground-up facility that is currently under construction at their Northbrook campus.
