Leopardo recently completed a 25,000-square-foot build-out of the new corporate headquarters of REX Electric and Technologies. The new state-of-the-art facility is located at 1333 Butterfield Road in Downers Grove, IL.
Based in the Chicago area since its founding in 1921, REX is a leading provider of electric and technology services, working with general contractors and building owners. The new headquarters reflects their longstanding values while providing for future growth in technology and staff.
Details of the office build-out include high-end architectural finishes and a complete upgrade of the mechanical infrastructure, including numerous efficiency upgrades to the electrical system. Serving as general contractor, Leopardo collaborated with project manager CBRE, architect Horn Design and McGuire Engineers to complete the project.
