Leopardo Construction recently completed work on a 9,500-square-foot interior office refresh in Chicago for a privately-owned investment firm.
This is Leopardo’s third time working with the client over the past 10 years.
Located at 1 N. Franklin, the project involved a complete demolition and rebuild of the space. The scope of work included extensive A/V and video conferencing capabilities in the conference rooms and boardroom, mechanical electrical and lighting upgrades, new ceilings, high-end floor and wall finishes and custom millwork among other upgrades. Employees can enjoy a variety of work and collaboration settings including banquette seating, huddle rooms and private phone booths.
Leopardo collaborated with Partners by Design, Kent Consulting Engineers, and The Karr Group to complete the space in just under 10 weeks.
