A private investment group in a joint venture with Levelan Partners has commenced construction on a 150,000-square-foot speculative warehouse building in Streetsboro, Ohio.
The building is comprised of precast concrete and glass panels, 32-foot clear with an ESFR sprinkler system and is expandable to 200,000 square feet. Located near the Frost Road interchange at I-480, about one-half mile from the Ohio Turnpike interchange, the building site has strong visibility.
Project financing is provided by Chemical Bank. Bob Brehmer of NAI Pleasant Valley is handling the leasing and is a principal in the investment group. Completion is slated for the end of the first quarter 2020.
