Transwestern’s Chicago Agency Leasing group recently represented Norfolk, Va.-based Harbor Group International LLC in a 53,175-square-foot lease renewal for Levenfeld Pearlstein at 2 N. LaSalle St. in Chicago’s Loop.
Levenfeld Pearlstein, a mid-sized law firm, is extending its corporate headquarters lease at 2 N. LaSalle into 2023.
The building, a 26-story, class A office tower in the heart of Chicago’s Loop, has been owned and operated by an affiliate of Harbor Group International since early 2007. Located on the corner of LaSalle and Madison streets, the building is convenient to public transportation, restaurants, hotel and shopping.
Transwestern’s Tamara Kos and Teddy Walsh represented the landlord in the transaction. Todd Mintz and Kyle Harding of UGL Services Equis represented the tenant.
