Jennifer Pennington has joined Lexington, Kentucky-based NAI Isaac as a property manager.
Pennington brings more than 20 years of combined commercial and residential property management experience.
Pennington oversees day-to-day building operations with a proactive approach to preventative maintenance.
Her responsibilities include managing property budgets, overseeing and managing building expenses and income, coordinating vendor projects and maintaining positive working relationships with tenants, vendors and owners.
