Lexington, Kentucky-based NAI Isaac added assistant property manager Dillon Dome to its roster.
Dome earned his bachelor’s degree in management and marketing and his master’s degree in entrepreneurship and new ventures from the University of Kentucky. Hs experience includes rent-roll management, property maintenance, lease analysis, tenant screening, zoning processes, development projects and contractor coordination.
Dome is the co-founder of Phoenix Ventures, where he analyzes real estate market trends and historical data to identify new opportunities. Dome also served as main chair of the International Council of Shopping Centers’ student board.
