Eden Prairie, Minn.-based Liberty Property Trust recently signed its first lease at its new bulk warehouse building in Rogers, Minn., Liberty Industrial Park at Diamond Lake — Building 2.
ADO Products signed the lease for 57,067 square feet. Building 2 is 227,000 square feet. ADO will move into the space in March.
“This is a very exciting way to end the year,” said Dave Jellison, senior vice president and city manager for Liberty in the Minnesota region. “We broke ground on this building in June and interest in it was immediate. ADO Products was among the earliest to recognize the benefits our new building offers, and we are pleased to welcome them as the first tenant at our building.”
In addition to signing a lease with Liberty in Rogers, ADO Products also signed a 4,785 square foot office lease with Liberty at Northwest Business Campus in Plymouth, Minn.
The new building was developed on a section of a 55-acre parcel Liberty bought in 2011 and represents an investment by Liberty of about $14 million.
