Liberty Property Trust recently closed a lease renewal and expansion of 75,495 square feet for Cameron’s Coffee at 5555 12th Ave. East in Shakopee, Minnesota.
The agreement includes the tenant’s current 68,176 square feet of space and adds 7,319 new square feet to the lease.
Cameron’s Coffee is a national coffee roaster and distributor.
Jack Tournquist of CBRE represented Cameron’s Coffee in the transaction, working with Adam Bray, leasing representative for Liberty Property Trust.
